NOOO! DONT PUT THAT STUFF IN WHO KNOWS WHAT IT WILL DO! If its dry try tresemme shampoo%26amp;conditioner it works good, and get regular trims.Birth Control in your hair shampoo make hair healthier ?
i've never heard of this and i doubt that it's true. birth control contains hormones that would really do nothing for your hair. if they would do anything at all they would do it while you were ingesting the pills so it's actually in your blood stream. so i don't think putting it in your shampoo would do anything at all. if your hair is fried you just need to moisturize and protect it. use a damage therapy shampoo and conditioner (dove works really well). fried hair is dry, so make sure you're leaving your conditioner on for at least two minutes in the shower so it has time to actually work. also, when you're done showering, take a small amount (dime size or smaller) of your conditioner and work that into your hair, ends first, leave that in your hair as a leave-in conditioner (leave-in conditioners out there are the same as normal conditioners, just watered down). i do that every day and it leaves my hair really really soft and the damage i have from flat ironing it is less noticeable. you may also want to get a heat protective spray if you heat your hair on a regular basis (blow dryer, flat iron, curling iron, anything with heat) there's one in the dove damage therapy line that i've used but i don't like it, it leaves a filmy feel to your hair. just look for one you can use when your hair is either wet or dry, that way you can use it whether you're blow drying it or using a flat/curling iron. also make sure to get regular trims to remove the dead/fried/split ends on your hair. if you're using that shampoo/conditioner, moisturizing your hair well, and using a heat protective spray, your damage should reduce after a while of regular trims. go back every four to six weeks for a trim.

oil, mayo, and other moisturizing treatments may work temporarily, but if you're not moisturizing and protecting your hair daily it isn't worth it.

(oh, i also use a flexible hold hairspray to smooth out fly aways, it makes the damage in my hair much less noticable without being stiff, it also protects against frizz caused by moisture).
Try a conditioning mask. If you want something homemade, slather your hair in olive oil, let it sit for a few minutes or so, then wash and condition as normal. Olive oil is very nutritious to hair. You can use mayonnaise, beer, eggs. But if you do eggs, rinse your hair with COLD water, or you'll end up with scrambled egg bits in your hair.
No, buy some Chi Keratin mist it will replace the protein in your hai, it costs around $20 and you can find it in any good salon.
what ????!!!!! NO THAT IS NOT TRUE. If your hair is fried get a regular trims every 6 weeks and use a good condition with a non stripping shampoo.
my friend told me it works...crush a few pills and add to your favorite shampoo.
NO!

And if anyone tells you any different, DON'T FALL FOR IT!
