What is the best way to use a hair shampoo and conditioner?

Do you put on the shampoo on first, scrub, wait and then put on the conditioner? Do you Do the same but with the conditioner on first? Do you put them both on the same time? make sure u have a moisturizing shampoo





i use a wide toothed comb in the shower





heres how i do it





stick head under shower, get it wet, rub a little, then comb





scrub in shampoo





rinse out, comb





apply conditioner [dont scrub like u do shampoo] lightly rub through then smooth over





leave in for one minute
