Is it ok to change our hair shampoo as well as face foam regularly?

Do both give side effects? Meaning that if I change my hair shampoo to other brand, after one year for example.

Actually, you're SUPPOSED to change your shampoo every once in a while. It's better for your hair, and it keeps it really soft. Like once a year? Nah, buy two different kinds of shampoos or whatever, and use one shampoo one week, and use the second the second week.
