Which/What vacuum that will clean up pet hair and shampoo my carpet also?

I am looking to purchase a vacuum that will vacuum my carpet and shampoo my carpet when needed, but is 1 vacuum. I don't want to have to buy 2 seperate vacuums if there is one that does both. I cant find one, or just one.


I had the Bissell, but have already had to take it to be worked on. Seems it does pick up the hair, but it clogs very very easy. Especially with the water.


I found it best to use a hard squeegee. You can get one at Walmarts for about $7


I have 1/2 of it cut with little grooves like teeth the other half I left flat.


Works great. Especially in the house around the baseboards or furniture. Vacuum it up them shampoo
