wait when u say thinning u mean like u want it to become thinner rite or do u mean that u want like volume well either way use garnier fructise it's the best shampoo if u want volume then use garnier volume but if u want thinner hair then use garnier sleek and shine it helps prevent ur hair form becoming fluffy or puffy it makes ur hair smooth and sleek plus it helps prevent frizz i use garnier sleek and shine it's the best shampoo and tresemme is also a good shampoo but i prefer garnierHair shampoo?

b proud of what u got! dont use anythin that will damage ur hair. b proud that u have thick hair, and as a man that means u will never go bald. Funny, my dad tried a shampoo to thin his hair ones and he said that for a few weeks his hair kept falling out. He is not bald tho, but after that he didnt mess with his hair anymore. but i think u should let it go and b happy with what u have. God created u like this for a purpose, be proud, many men would die to have the same texture of hair as urs.
