I am changing the question I first asked so I can get a better answer...Does anyone know some store brand shampoos that are good for color. Please do not suggest ones for specific color, like brilliant brunette or expressions. I need one for any color since I have highlights, not all over color. Thank you!Hair shampoo?
paul mitchell is the best, it smells great and makes hair really soft, I dye my hair all the time and it never fades my hair or anything, Its color safe, you can pick it up at just about any salon and at some Jcpennys they sell it.Hair shampoo?
tresseme is really good!
suave or tresment work great!
you mean the shampoo to keep the color last longer?I usually like wella brand or matrix brand. they are good for colored hair.
Garnier fructis works well!
I have highlights and I use garnier as well it works great!
Do you have just highlights or do you also have lowlights? It depends whether there's dye in your hair or whether the color has just been bleached out. There's a common misconception that highlighting is like coloring your hair, but it's actually an oxidation reaction that lightens the color of your hair; i.e. color is removed. Dying is actually the addition of dye molecules to the hair shaft, so you'd want a shampoo that would be least likely to strip your hair of these particles. Anyway, just be sure you know which case is like yours.
If you just have highlights, Sunsilk is amazing. It's a thousand times better than expensive salon brands. I have been highlighting my hair for about a year and I've used Sunsilk shampoo and conditioner the whole time. I've never seen a single split end, and I hardly ever get my hair cut. Yes, I suppose I'm most crazy about the conditioner, but the shampoo is fantastic, too. You should definitely try the conditioner - all of the types work equally well, and they do what they aim to do. (I've tried all of them).
Purelology.
I swear by that stuff. (:

anything from sebastion or paul mitchell is amazing!
herbal essences. [:
Try Nexxus or Bed Head
I use Biolage, but when I can't get to a salon or beauty store that sells it I use L'Oreal Vive Pro Color... I change my hair very often and either product works on any color-from white to black
