How to get rid of that dirty hair smell? Shampoo suggestions?

I wash my hair every morning and by the end of the day my hair still gets that dirty hair smell. Which shampoo should i try using? My hair is also kind of oily.How to get rid of that dirty hair smell? Shampoo suggestions?
There is a shampoo called, ';Gee your hair smells terrific'; or ';Herbal Essence '; shampoo by clairol. Try washing your hair everyday with a shampoo made specifically for oily hair. Throw away whatever shampoo you are using now! Also, you can try using a ';Dry spray shampoo'; (bought in CVS, riteaid or other local drugstore) midday to get rid of the oil and smell.

How about you wash your hair? use a strong smelling shampoo, like...um... oh yha a very strong peppermint, smelling shampoo, that works for you, cause that definitely works for me!
Try a clarifying shampoo. Most people only need to use it once or twice a month. This will cleanse out any oily buildup from your scalp and any build up from other shampoos. This should relieve your problem. Think about going for a natural line like Aveda or Abba.
Try Garnire?Fritis?.It has a really nice smell that lasts all day.
